The widget in the corner of this page is the real product, answering from the Calypso Widget docs. Ask it what you would ask us, or tap a question above.
Before WhatsApp, an answer
A typical WhatsApp button sends every visitor to your phone. This one answers first.
Upload files or point it at a URL, pick which sources it may cite, write quick answers for the questions you get most. The widget answers from that and nothing else, names the source under each answer, and says so when it does not know.
| What goes in | Files you upload or a URL to read. PDFs, documents, web pages. |
|---|---|
| What it may cite | The sources you tick. Anything else stays out of every answer. |
| Topics and quick answers | Questions you answer once, in your words, served first. |
| Who decides | You. What visitors see is what you put in and switched on; your phone only hears from the ones who need you. |
Click to chat on WhatsApp
When a visitor wants a person, WhatsApp opens with the question already typed.
Name and phone, then a wa.me link to your number with the visitor’s question in it. The lead is in your dashboard before you reply. No WhatsApp Business API, no extra app: any WhatsApp number works.

A name and a phone
Offered when the widget cannot answer, when the month’s questions have run out, or whenever the visitor asks for a person.

WhatsApp opens, question included
A wa.me click-to-chat link with your number and the visitor’s question. No app to install, no number to type.

A lead in your dashboard
Who asked, what they asked, when. The conversation continues on WhatsApp, with you.
A visitor never hits a dead end: there is always a person at the other side of the widget. How the bridge works

Paste one tag before the closing body tag. That is the whole install.
The tag carries your team id and your settings. It works on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and plain HTML, with no plugin, no build step and nothing to host.
