The billing unit
You pay for answers. Nothing else is metered.
- An answer is a reply the agent produces
- One reply from a Calypso Agent to a customer counts as one answer, however long the reply or the conversation.
- Not tokens, not messages
- Incoming messages, media, and the conversation history are not counted. Neither are the sources you load as knowledge.
- At the cap, the agent pauses
- When the monthly allowance runs out the agent stops answering until the next reset, or until you add a prepaid pack. Nothing is billed as overage.
- Your team is never metered
- Replies people write, conversations they take over, and boards they run without an agent do not count as answers.
