One customer. One 24-hour conversation.

A conversation starts when the first qualifying AI reply is delivered. Further AI replies to that customer in the same workspace share that fixed 24-hour window. Generating a reply does not count. Human messages, templates and static workflows do not open a billed conversation. At the AI allowance limit, your team can keep replying manually; there are no automatic overage charges.

Need one more person? Add one.

Add a person to any plan for $10/month. Start with four people is $49/month; no Grow upgrade required. Only accepted active human members count, including the owner. Pending invitations and bots do not. The owner approves the prorated cost before capacity increases. Reductions take effect at renewal.
